The Cornwall Beach Project

The City of Bellingham, in conjunction with the Port of Bellingham, is currently leading the environmental studies, approvals and clean-up of three parcels of property comprising the future Cornwall Beach Project.  Planned uses include a new public park and improved access to the waterfront, as well as a possible parcel suitable for development.  At such time as the clean-up is completed, the BPDA may undertake the development of the usable parcel.
